마이달링 어플은 상대방의 전화번호,생일,만난날,기타 입력된 기념일, 최근 수신된 모바일메신저 메세지,애정일기 작성시 입력한 위치정보를 수집합니다. 애정일기 및 애정데이의 백업, 복원을 위해 사용자의 구글 드라이브를 이용하며 백업 시 구글 드라이브에 애정일기의 경우 MyDarling_BackupDiaries.db, 애정데이의 경우 MyDarling_BackupDdays.db를 업로드 하고 복원 시 해당 파일을 다운로드 하여 정보를 불러옵니다.
